The Mission
In the fall of 2022, Fairmont (ACCOR) was looking to reignite luxury travel in the wake of the COVID pandemic.
To entice guests from around the globe to travel once more, and to travel to Fairmont's illustrious locations across North America, the brand knew it needed a campaign that would delight and excite like no other.


The Work
To stoke the fires of interest, brand love and travel consideration we helped Fairmont devise and execute a stunning series of see-it-to-believe-it luxury experiences at its hotels across North America, including (to name but a few):

A Symphony in a Cenote (Mexico)

A luxury sushi dining experience on top of Lake Louise (Banff)

A stunning acrobatic performance suspended along the side of Fairmont Century Plaza (Los Angeles)

A meticulously accurate Barbie-inspired suite at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth (Montreal)
My Role
Diamond: SVP, Integrated Marketing
I was a key member of the 5-person team that pitched this campaign on behalf of Diamond to the Fairmont (ACCOR) team in person, and the architect of the presentation we ultimately put in front of them.
Once the opportunity had been won, I and my team were responsible for working alongside our Creative, Accounts and Production groups while also overseeing all digital (web & CRM), social and influencer components of the campaign. We worked directly with ACCOR's internal teams and agency partners (media) to help make the Beyond Limits campaign a smash success that continues to this day.
